1. About MetroMize

MetroMize is a local business discovery and connection platform.

The Platform allows users to:

• Search for local businesses
• Browse businesses by category and location
• View business information, photos, ratings, and reviews
• Contact businesses
• Submit enquiries
• Follow businesses
• Discover offers and promotions
• Explore job opportunities
• View or submit blood donation requests, where available

MetroMize also allows business owners and partners to:

• Create and manage business listings
• Add business information
• Upload photos
• Add services
• Publish offers and promotions
• Publish job opportunities
• Receive customer enquiries
• Participate in partner and advertising programs

MetroMize is primarily a discovery and lead-generation platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise, MetroMize does not directly sell products or services to users and does not process transactions between customers and businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or using features that require registration.

By using MetroMize, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.

If you are using MetroMize on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to represent that business or organization.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Keeping your account information updated
• All activities carried out through your account

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Business Listings

Business owners and partners may create and manage business listings on MetroMize.

Business owners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, current, complete, lawful, not misleading, and not infringing on third-party rights. This may include:

• Business name
• Business address
• Contact information
• Services
• Business hours
• Photos
• Pricing information
• Offers
• Job postings
• Descriptions
• Other business-related content

We may review, verify, approve, reject, edit, restrict, or remove business listings where necessary.

5. Business Owner Responsibilities

Business owners agree that they will:

• Provide accurate business information.
• Maintain updated contact details.
• Respond honestly to customer enquiries.
• Not misrepresent their business, products, or services.
• Not upload illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Not impersonate another business.
• Not use the Platform to conduct illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not guarantee that listing a business will result in a specific number of customers, enquiries, leads, calls, or sales.

6. Customer Enquiries and Direct Communication

MetroMize may allow users to contact businesses through phone calls, WhatsApp, enquiries, or other communication tools available on the Platform.

When a user contacts a business, communication may take place directly between the user and the business. We are not responsible for:

• The business's response
• The quality of products or services
• Prices quoted by the business
• Agreements made between users and businesses
• Communication outside the Platform
• Any loss or damage resulting from direct dealings

Users should independently verify business information before making decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Business Quality

MetroMize provides information to help users discover and compare businesses. However, we do not guarantee that any business:

• Is suitable for a particular requirement
• Provides a specific level of quality
• Is available at all times
• Will respond to an enquiry
• Will provide a particular product or service
• Will meet a user's expectations

Users are responsible for making their own decisions when choosing a business.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Users may be able to submit ratings and reviews. Reviews must be genuine, based on personal experience, relevant, respectful, and honest.

Users must not:

• Submit fake reviews
• Review a business without a genuine experience
• Post misleading information
• Threaten or harass businesses
• Publish personal information of others
• Post abusive, hateful, or unlawful content
• Manipulate ratings

We may remove or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

9. Offers and Promotions

Businesses may publish offers and promotions on MetroMize. The business responsible for an offer is responsible for its accuracy, terms and conditions, availability, expiry dates, eligibility requirements, and fulfillment.

We do not guarantee that an offer will be available or honored by a business.

Users should verify offer details directly with the relevant business.

10. Advertising

Businesses may create advertisements and promotional content on MetroMize. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements are accurate, are not misleading, comply with applicable laws, do not infringe third-party rights, and do not contain prohibited content.

We may reject, remove, suspend, or modify advertisements that violate our policies or applicable law.

Advertising does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, customers, or sales.

11. MetroMize Authorized Partners

MetroMize may provide an Authorized Partner or similar recognition program. An Authorized Partner designation may be based on criteria determined by us. We may approve or reject partner applications, change eligibility requirements, suspend or remove partner recognition, modify partner benefits, or withdraw partner status.

Being an Authorized Partner does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of the quality of a business's products or services.

12. Jobs and Opportunities

Businesses may publish job vacancies and opportunities on MetroMize. We are not an employer for jobs posted by businesses, and are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment contracts, salary, benefits, or working conditions.

Users should independently verify job information and the identity of the employer before providing sensitive personal information.

13. Blood Donation Requests

MetroMize may provide features for blood donation requests and related community support. Users must provide accurate information when creating a request.

MetroMize does not provide medical advice, does not determine medical eligibility, does not guarantee donor availability, does not guarantee a successful donation, and does not replace hospitals, doctors, blood banks, or medical professionals.

Users should contact the appropriate hospital, medical facility, blood bank, or qualified medical professional for medical assistance.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use MetroMize to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Commit fraud or deception.
• Impersonate a person or business.
• Create fake business listings.
• Create fake accounts.
• Submit fake reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Scrape or collect data without permission.
• Spam users or businesses.
• Publish misleading advertisements.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Publish illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
• Misuse blood donation or emergency-related features.
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may take appropriate action against accounts or content that violate these Terms.

15. User Content

You may upload or submit content to MetroMize, including photos, reviews, business descriptions, offers, enquiries, job postings, comments, and other information. You retain ownership of content you submit.

However, by submitting content to MetroMize, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not violate any law.
• The content does not infringe third-party rights.

16. Content Moderation

We may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content. We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms, is illegal, is misleading, is fraudulent, is harmful, violates another person's rights, or damages the security or integrity of the Platform.

MetroMize is not required to monitor every piece of content posted by users or businesses.

17. Intellectual Property

The MetroMize name, logo, branding, design, software, content, and Platform features are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy our brand.
• Reproduce the Platform.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Sell or redistribute our content.
• Use our branding without permission.
• Reverse engineer the Platform.

Business owners retain ownership of their own business content, subject to the license described in these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

MetroMize may contain links or integrations to third-party services, including phone services, WhatsApp, social media, business websites, maps, and payment or subscription services, where applicable.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.

19. Subscriptions and Paid Services

MetroMize may offer paid subscriptions, advertising packages, promotional services, or other paid features to businesses. Where applicable, pricing will be displayed before purchase, subscription terms will be communicated during purchase, renewal terms will be disclosed where applicable, cancellation and refund rules may vary by service, and taxes and applicable charges may apply.

The specific terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to the relevant service.

20. Disclaimer

MetroMize provides the Platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available.
• The Platform will be error-free.
• Information will always be complete or accurate.
• All businesses will remain active.
• All businesses will respond to enquiries.
• The Platform will meet every user's requirements.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetroMize will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, your inability to use the Platform, your dealings with businesses, products or services provided by businesses, offers or promotions, job opportunities, blood donation requests, user-generated content, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetroMize, its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your content, your dealings with businesses or users, or your infringement of third-party rights.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the Platform, your activity creates security or legal risks, or as required by applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, may continue after termination.

24. Privacy

Your use of MetroMize is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
